My loved one passed away. Can you help with their home?
No matter what your situation is, if you are worried or cannot make payments, you have the option of selling. We just make that process as easy for you as possible.
What if my house is filled with stuff and I don’t want to move it?
That’s ok with us! We’ll buy your home as-is and remove all the clutter and extra items for no extra cost.
What can I do if I am facing foreclosure?
Foreclosure is a stressful and difficult process, but you have options. You can modify your payment plan with your lender, declare bankruptcy to temporarily delay foreclosure, or sell your home. If you are unable to make payments, we believe selling is the smartest option you have.
What kind of offer can you make for purchasing my home?
Our offer is determined by a combination of two factors: 1. How much your property is worth fixed up. 2. How much the repairs and updates cost in order to fix it up.
My home needs repairs, will it be able to sell?
That depends. Simply put, you can sell to someone willing to make repairs themselves. If you don’t have the time and/or money to make repairs, we can buy your home as-is.
